Our Services
Fitness Body Scans provides body composition scans to track your fitness progress. We recommend having a scan every 4-6 weeks to monitor your progress, but understand that sometimes life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled. We offer a 6-month period to use your progress package and 14 months for the annual package, but if you experience any issues please contact us and we can discuss an extension.
Appointments
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may not receive a refund. We strive to be punctual with our appointments and appreciate the same from our clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may not receive your posture report in time for me to review it with you.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your progress or annual package part way through, the scans you have already had will be charged at £40 each, and the remainder of the package fee will be refunded. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.
Accuracy and Privacy
We take the accuracy of our body scans seriously and strive to provide the most accurate results possible. However, please note that our scans are intended for general informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. We also respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of Fitness Body Scans and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
